Things To Do
Prince Edward Island has fantastic scenery, a vibrant culture and heritage and amazing food. Wherever you want to go, it’s just an easy drive away. It is a truly beautiful place with some of the nicest people in the world. That’s why we decided to come back here after living away. Here are a couple of sights that make our little corner somewhere special.
We’re just a 5 minute walk from an 8-km stretch of secluded, white sand beach at the mouth of St Peter’s Bay. Just down the beach you’ll find a hidden lighthouse and 34 acres of protected habitat for the piping plover. It’s why we chose our name!
The spectacular dunes at Greenwich are part of PEI National Park and are just across the bay.
Basin Head Provincial Park, with its singing sands and thrilling bridge jump, is a favourite of locals and tourists alike.
From scenic beaches and lighthouses to dozens of attractions, Points East Coastal Drive offers up some of the best of what the island has to offer.
The Confederation Trail, our portion of the Trans-Canada Trail, is just a short ride away. Great for hiking and a premier destination for cyclists. The area between Morell and St Peter’s Bay is said to be one of the prettiest sections of the trail.
